The Ultimate Relaxation Solution
Works Within Minutes!
The following is an example of actual testimonials sent to
USAudio, Inc. proclaiming how well RELAX works.
Your product is amazing! I have been using it
every night since my purchase a few weeks ago and have yet heard the ending.
I fall deeply to sleep sometime during the middle!
Prior to my purchase, I had been having a great deal of
difficulty falling asleep at night due to stress. When I heard about your
CD, I was eager to try it but skeptical. I had previously bought a similar
product advertised to promote relaxation and restful sleep only to find its
contents so bizarre it was actually annoying. Yours, I am delighted to
say, has far exceeded my expectations.
I have shared your product with my daughter who is
presently going through radiation, after chemotherapy, for breast cancer.
She is experiencing the same positive results.
In my estimation, your product should be prescribed as
adjuvant therapy to all cancer patients, as well as anyone needing to let go of
stress. I only wish I had found it sooner.
Sincerely yours,
Carolyn Henegan, RN

Facing
Facts About Stress: Why you have it and
how it hurts your health
Constant stress can increase
your cholesterol, suppress your immune system, effects your
cardiovascular, nervous and digestive systems and much more.
Why
cant we avoid it?
Today's news includes around-the-clock
coverage of natural and manmade disasters.
Earthquakes and floods. War and terrorist
attacks. Just 10 minutes of watching the network news can make
your stress level soar.
Compounding matters, you've got a big
presentation in an hour, and you've hardly had a chance to
prepare. Urgent e-mails keep popping onto your display screen,
each one sending a stab of anxiety through your chest. As
minutes tick by, you search frantically for slides and handouts.
Meanwhile, you heart races and your head pounds.
Modern life is full of pressures,
fears and frustration. In other words, it's
stressful. Racing against deadlines, sitting in
traffic, arguing with your spouse — all these
make your body react as if you were facing a
physical threat. This reaction gave early humans
the energy to fight aggressors or run from
predators. It helped the species survive.
Today, instead of protecting you, it may, if constantly
activated, make you more vulnerable to
life-threatening health problems. Fortunately,
though, you can develop skills to avoid some
stressors and limit the effects of others. The
payoff includes less fatigue, more peace of mind
and — perhaps — a longer, healthier life.
What is the stress response?
Often referred to
as the "fight-or-flight"
reaction, the stress response
occurs automatically when you
feel threatened. Your pituitary
gland, located at the base of
your brain, responds to a
perceived threat by stepping up
its release of
adrenocorticotropic hormone
(ACTH), which signals other
glands to produce additional
hormones. When the pituitary
sends out a burst of ACTH, it's
like an alarm system going off
deep in your brain. This alarm
tells your adrenal glands,
situated atop your kidneys, to
release a flood of stress
hormones into your bloodstream.
These hormones — including
cortisol and adrenaline — focus
your concentration, speed your
reaction time, and increase your
strength and agility.
How stress affects your body
After you've
fought, fled or otherwise
escaped your stressful
situation, the levels of
cortisol and adrenaline in your
bloodstream decline. As a
result, your heart rate and
blood pressure return to normal
and your digestion and
metabolism resume a regular
pace. But if stressful
situations pile up one after
another, your body has no chance
to recover. This long-term
activation of the
stress-response system can
disrupt almost all your body's
processes, increasing your risk
of obesity, insomnia,
digestive complaints, heart
disease and depression.
-
Digestive system.
It's common to have a
stomachache or diarrhea
when you're stressed. This
happens because stress
hormones slow the release of
stomach acid and the
emptying of the stomach. The
same hormones also stimulate
the colon, which speeds the
passage of its contents.
Chronic stress can also lead
to continuously high levels
of cortisol. This hormone
can increase appetite and
cause weight gain.
-
Immune system.
Chronic stress tends to
dampen your immune system,
making you more
susceptible to colds and
other infections.
Typically, your immune
system responds to infection
by releasing several
substances that cause
inflammation. In response,
the adrenal glands produce
cortisol, which switches off
the immune and inflammatory
responses once the infection
is cleared. However,
prolonged stress keeps your
cortisol levels continuously
elevated, so your immune
system remains suppressed.
In some
cases, stress can have the
opposite effect, making your
immune system overactive.
The result is an
increased risk of autoimmune
diseases, in which
your immune system attacks
your body's own cells.
Stress can also worsen the
symptoms of autoimmune
diseases. For example,
stress is one of the
triggers for the sporadic
flare-ups of symptoms in
lupus.
-
Nervous system.
If your
fight-or-flight response
never shuts off, stress
hormones produce
persistent feelings of
anxiety, helplessness and
impending doom.
Oversensitivity to stress
has been linked with
severe depression,
possibly because depressed
people have a harder time
adapting to the negative
effects of cortisol. The
byproducts of cortisol act
as sedatives, which
contribute to the overall
feeling of depression.
Excessive amounts of
cortisol can cause sleep
disturbances, loss of sex
drive and loss of appetite.
-
Cardiovascular system.
High levels of
cortisol can also raise your
heart rate and increase your
blood pressure and blood
lipid (cholesterol and
triglyceride) levels. These
are risk factors for both
heart attacks and strokes.
Cortisol levels also appear
to play a role in the
accumulation of abdominal
fat, which gives some people
an "apple" shape. People
with apple body shapes have
a higher risk of heart
disease and diabetes
than do people with "pear"
body shapes, where weight
is more concentrated in the
hips.

its kind product produced in our Nation’s Capital as an effective and natural
drug free means to assist in lowering extreme stress and high anxiety levels
experienced by Doctors, Surgeons, Medical Technicians, Emergency First
Responders, Police Officers, Fire Fighters and others who work or operate under
extreme stress conditions, was reviewed, commissioned and distributed previously
by Children’s National Medical Center, Washington, DC and Miami Children’s
Hospital.
Although this product has been well received by internationally recognized
medical institutions and used by competent medical professionals to assist in
the relief of stress, we prefer not to make any medical claims, but prefer to
let effective results and satisfied customers speak for themselves.
WILL RELAX WORK FOR ME AS IT HAS IT HAS FOR YOUR
OTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMERS ?
Very interesting is a rear phenomenon known as “synesthesia” in which sound
is not only hear, but also tasted or felt, a condition where there is the
blending of the senses. “In this condition, a stimulus, such as sound, creates a
reaction in another sense, as well as the expected sense. People with
“synesthesia” grow up thinking everyone perceives the world the same way they
do. They discover their perception is different when they make a comment such as
"she's the one with the orange name.” (Professor Daphne Maurer of McMaster
University’s department of psychology)
No two individuals' hearing is exactly the same, and from Professor Daphne's
statement above we have a good yet extreme example of how sounds can be
perceived very differently by different individuals. With this in mind,
RELAX was specifically designed to give everyone with relatively normal hearing
the ability to experience its relaxing effects. In fact, RELAX may work
better for you then it has for many other very satisfied customers like Carolyn
Henegan, who it helped relive the enormous stress brought about in part by
factors which face many care givers.
Should RELAX be considered just another one of those
Holistic New Age Therapies ?
No! RELAX is in a class all of its own. RELAX is no
fly-by-night Gimmicky New Age Fad.
Relax is a very sophisticated high-tech audio product that works.
Although the
design and development processes used in the creation of RELAX are extremely
technical; its just as easy to use as listening to music but better! And
now, your RELAX download can even be transferred to your iPod.
RELAX is a simple and effective drug free method many have used successfully to
relax when other methods have not worked.
Can I as a satisfied customer share in the success of your fantastic
product ?

Can you tell me a bit of how RELAX was designed ?
Sure. For those of you who have an interest in the more technical side
of how RELAX was produced, the following is our attempt to provide you with a
little insight as to what went into the designing of RELAX without giving up any
of the valuable trade secrets that went into the creation of RELAX.
The
structure of RELAX’s audio architectural environments (soundscapes) stimulates a
heightened sense or perception of physical dimension, the faculties by which a
person or animal obtains information about the physical world.
The ultra-sophisticated stereophonic processing used in the creation of RELAX
provides its user the ability to more intensely perceive and appreciate the very
distinct and complex details of a peaceful environment. A good example of how
this works would be the example of how people who loses their ability to see
quite often develop an extremely heightened ability to discern very distinctly,
through sound alone, the makeup of their physical surroundings. Simply put, one
aspect of RELAX is that it enables its user to experience a similar perception
of sound within RELAX as might be perceived by a non-sighted person who has
acquired a heightened auditory system.
One valuable audio processing tool used to make this possible is called an Audio
Spectrum Analyzers. With an attempt to not be overly technical, what the
analyzer does is calculate with extreme precision, sound wave frequencies and
displays the results of its calculations in a visual form, usually a colored
graph in which each subtle hue of color within the resulting graph display
represents the precise frequency or frequency range of its particular associated
sound. In short, the analyzer allows us to see the sound. The reason this is
important in soundscaping (which can be thought of like landscaping, but with
sound) is that it provides a means by which sound(s) can be perceived visually;
which allows for a more flexible and precise handling, subtle positioning or
manipulation of the sound.
Sound can be thought of some what similar to light. The spectrum of frequency
waves which make up visual light allow us to perceive object visually. When we
see an object, what we are actually perceiving is a combination or mixing of
various reflected light waves that were not absorbed into the surface of the
object. Our human computer, the brain, calculates the reflected light waves
absorbed by our eyes and presents to us a visual sense of the object. The human
brain treats sound in a similar manner. It calculates the compression ratio on
our eardrums created by the velocity and frequency of a particular sound’s wave
and provides us with an auditory sense of the reflected sound.
Because not everyone hears all sounds in the same way, analyzers give us a more
reliable way of discerning visually the true nature of a particular sound’s wave
frequency. Armed with this information, we were able to design and create a more
complex and precise audio architectural soundscape (the environment your mind
perceives when experiencing RELAX). Understanding the importance of how sounds
(and the placement of those sounds in relationship to one another) are often
perceived very differently by different individuals in the same environment,
allows us to appreciate how important precise analyzing and proper placement of
sound is to how a sound may be perceived similarly by many different
individuals. RELAX was specifically designed to give everyone with relatively
normal hearing the ability to experience its relaxing effects.
In addition to the Spectrum Analyzer, a vast array of exotic professional
audio processors were used in the forensic crafting of RELAX. All of
the initial processing of RELAX was contained within a 32bit environment (twice
the sound quality of common audio CDs) prior to its final conversion process.
